§ 1 Scope These terms apply to all purchases of digital products (licenses for FiveM scripts, MLOs, vehicles and similar resources) in this store. § 2 Contracting party & payment Payment is processed via Tebex (Tebex Limited). Depending on the configuration, Tebex acts as the seller / Merchant of Record and handles payment, taxes and invoicing. The Tebex Terms of Service additionally apply: https://www.tebex.io/terms-of-service § 3 License & usage rights (1) With the purchase, the buyer receives a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use (perpetual for one-time purchases). (2) Use is limited to the buyer's own FiveM servers. (3) The following are prohibited in particular: reselling, sharing, renting or sublicensing to third parties; publishing, sharing or leaking the (source) code; removing or circumventing license or protection mechanisms; any reselling. (4) Violations entitle us to revoke the license without refund. § 4 Delivery Delivery is automatic after payment – depending on the product via Cfx.re unlock (escrow) or download. § 5 Updates & subscriptions Free updates are provided to the extent described. Subscriptions renew according to the term selected at Tebex and can be cancelled there. § 6 Withdrawal For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire once execution begins – see the withdrawal policy. § 7 Liability For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. § 8 Final provisions German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
